  • This award will celebrate a recent apprentice within the trade industry that has excelled in their position and expresses a keen attitude to develop further. Entrants must have started an apprenticeship in the last three years.

  • This award will celebrate a leader within Oxfordshire’s trade industry. Identifying those in leadership roles who use their position to empower others in achieving career success. The business will show high staff satisfaction levels and a well-motivated ambitious workforce.

  • This award will celebrate a business/individual who not only sees and understands customer expectations but goes above and beyond to ensure the customer feels cared for.

  • This award is focusses on what steps are taken to actively reduce negative environmental impact and enhance environmental sustainability within a business. You should be able to demonstrate internal practices which promote and support the protection and/or improvement of the environment.

  • Designed to promote the highest standards of craftsmanship, this award category is designed to reflect the role of a carpenter and the standards that are expected within the construction industry. Extra credit will be given to applicants who are actively involved in promoting and contributing to industry outside of their daily role.

  • This award will celebrate the most outstanding plumbers and heating engineers who deliver excellent customer service on a daily basis. Extra credit will be given to applicants who are actively involved in promoting and contributing to industry outside of their daily role.

  • This award will celebrate the most outstanding Electrician providing services across Oxfordshire. Entries should be able to exhibit excellence in providing electrical service to its customers by striving for total quality. Extra credit will be given to applicants who are actively involved in promoting and contributing to industry outside of their daily role.


  • This category aims to recognise achievement, innovation and excellence in a finished building project within Oxfordshire’s construction industry. From concept, through procurement, design and construction to delivery on time and budget through to ultimate use and user satisfaction.

  • This category aims honours excellence in a finished kitchen or bathroom project within Oxfordshire. Projects will be judged on the basis of difficulty, craftsmanship, attention to detail and execution. 

  • This award category looks at exemplary service from an Oxfordshire-based supplier to the trade industry. Materials supply is one of the industry’s most vital components and we want to find the company that’s at the leading edge.
