E-fit released after intruder sex attack in Oxford

It comes a month after a woman was assaulted in a house.

A man broke into the property in Divinity Road via an insecure window at around 4am on Saturday 9 February.

The offender then sexually assaulted the victim, who's in her twenties.

Detectives are continuing to investigate what happened and have released an photo of a man they want to speak to.

The person depicted E-Fit image is South East Asian, aged in his thirties, short and of small build. He was also riding a mountain bike.

Investigating Officer, Detective Chief Inspector Bruce Riddell, based at Oxford police station, said: "We hope that someone may be able to identify this man.

"I would urge anyone who may have seen a man matching this description in the area around the time of the offence to please get in touch.

"Anyone who may recognise this man, or who has any information regarding the incident, can contact Thames Valley Police on the non-emergency number 101, quoting reference ‘43190042120’ or make a report online.

“Alternatively you can contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
