The line up also includes Zara Larsson, Tom Walker and Reef.

Former Blur bassist Alex James says he's excited that 'the king of funk' is going to be in his back garden in Kingham this summer.

He's revealed some of the line-up for the Big Feastival in August, which includes Chic & Nile Rodgers on the Saturday night.

The DJ and Brit nominee Sigala, and Rag 'N' Bone Man, will top the bill on the Friday and Sunday nights.

His 4x platinum album Human was one of the fastest-selling debut albums by a male act during the 2010s.

Some big names from the food world have also been announced, like Marco Pierre White and chef and food writer, Mark Hix.

Host Alex James said: "This is now our ninth Big Feastival and I can't wait to welcome everyone back to the farm. It is such a thrill to see how the festival develops and evolves each year and I have no doubt 2020 will be bigger and better than ever.

"I couldn't be more excited at the prospect of Nile Rodgers - the king of funk no less - and CHIC basically playing a gig in my back garden, not to mention hosting culinary rock star Marco Pierre White. The lineup already has something for everyone, with plenty more to come… See you in August!"

Also confirmed to perform is Swedish pop sensation Zara Larsson, plus British singer-songwriters Tom Walker and Maisie Peters.

The Cuban Brothers, The X Factor: Celebrity runners up Max and Harvey and local heroes Duke are also set to perform once again for 2020.

Taking to the Big Kitchen stage over the weekend will be Asma Khan, who was named number one on Business Insider's 2019 list of 100 Coolest People in Food and Drink.

The Big Feastival returns to the Cotswolds this summer from 28 - 30 August.
