More than 50 officers were involved in the operation last night.
Two men from Oxford - aged 20 and 21 - and a 28-year-old man from Thame, were arrested and remain in police custody.
They are being questioned on suspicion of offences linked to weapons, child abduction, drugs and money laundering.
The warrants, carried out by Thames Valley Police officers in Oxford, South Oxfordshire and The Vale, were part of Operation Sceptre - a national week of action designed to crack down on the threat of knife crime.
