A scene watch is currently in place in the area and Police are urging members of the public to speak to officers if they have any concerns.

Investigating Officer Detective Inspector James Holden-White, based at Banbury Police Station, said: “I am appealing for any witnesses to this incident, or anybody with information, to please come forward.

“I would urge people in the area at the time to check dash-cam footage and if anyone has any information please call 101 or make a report online using the reference number 43220031232."
